We want you to feel confident and sexy in your Playful Promises pieces, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene strips intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
